 | | | 2011/2012 ARC Salon Catalogues Last Chance to Pre-Order | |
| | |
| For all those who have been patiently waiting, the final ARC Salon Catalogues are due to arrive at the Art Renewal Center next week.
The Salon Catalogue this year has run 200 pages and is a monument to the spectacular art being created by talented realist painters and sculptors around the world; offering the viewer high technical skill in the representation of both traditional themes as well as an explosion of new subject matter with a 21st century feel that cannot be confused with any other time period. |
|
The 2011/2012 ARC Salon was our largest turnout yet with over 2,100 entries and over 800 artists participating. There were a large number of high quality works that did not make it into the finals. This was true even after extending the original 300+ expected finalist pieces to over 500. All 500 plus finalists are shown in this catalogue.
To have become a finalist and be showcased in this catalogue is even more difficult than before and is a huge accomplishment. |
1 8th International Salon Catalog – $45.00
5 8th International Salon Catalogs – $180.00 (Same as buy 4 get one free)
10 8th International Salon Catalogs – $315.00 (Same as buy 7 get 3 free) |

| ARC Living Master™ Erik Koeppel is being featured by McColl Fine Art, Charlotte, NC in a exhibition titled Hudson River Revisited. The show is open now through Dec. 6, 2012.
Joe Panarelli, the Director of McColl Fine Art, recently did another show including Koeppel’s work, hanging his pieces next to those by Alfred Thompson Bricher, George Inness, and others at the 60th Annual Theta Charity Antiques Show in Houston, TX. Koeppel’s work is shown and sells frequently beside historic artwork, particularly beside 19th Century American Landscape Paintings from the Hudson River School. |

 | | | 2013 IlluXcon Artist Submissions | |
| | |
| IlluXcon, organized by the Association of Fantastic Art, just opened up jury submissions for the 2013 show at the Allentown Art Museum in Allentown, PA. Since things are working a bit differently this year than they have in the past, they have created a small batch of web pages to explain the process and the options to everyone.
http://www.illuxcon.com/Submissions.html
The deadline for submissions is midnight EST on December 5th – they will announce the results of the jurying on or about December 15th, just before tickets and Showcase tables go on sale.
If you have artist friends or associates that you think might be interested in exhibiting at this show of Imaginitive Realism, please share the link with them.
If you have any questions you can write to them at info@illuxcon.com.

| As of this week, we are selling fine art books on many of the most popular artists in the ARC museum.
You may have already noticed that under the artist bio and above the images we have a bar for “Books and Related Products About this Artist.” Many of these links will take you to Amazon.com, but through the affiliate program we have, ARC gets a small commission on books/items that are clicked to from the ARC website. So if you are planing on buying fine art books as gifts for the holidays, see if we are offering them on the artist’s page in the ARC Museum first. You can still purchase through Amazon, but some funds will go to ARC.
Happy shopping!
