‘Thirteen’ (2019) is her first original, large-scale work. It depicts the artist, aged 13, standing on the Prince of Wales Bridge, a derelict 19th century rail bridge in her hometown. Unknown to most locals, and officially off limits to the public, the bridge nevertheless attracts young people and urbex hunters, especially in the summer. The drawing took more than 1,000 hours to complete.
