Tim Kelly

Tim Kelly is a lifelong Baltimore Md resident and a 1992 graduate from Maryland Institute, College of Art. In the last decade or so, Tim has been especially focused on plein air and direct observation painting, although he still works in his studio on occasion. He is a frequent participant in plein air events in the Mid Atlantic area.
