Daniel Caro

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Daniel Caro is an artist who has developed his work in a self-taught fashion. Daniel includes everyday objects in his still-lifes injecting a sense of modernism and contemporaneity into the classical realism of his compositions, as well as in his portraits where clothing and accessories place the portrayed in the present. Daniel has quickly gaining attention in the contemporary art world and his paintings have been displayed at several international art fairs, including Spectrum Miami, Affordable Art Fair Mexico and ArtBo in Colombia and his paintings are included in private collections in the United States, Europe and Colombia.
