Cent portraits pour un centenaire

In memory of 100 years since World War 1, the Musée de la Légion d’Honneur, in Paris (opposite the Musée d’Orsay) is holding an exhibition of Eugène Burnand’s pastels, alongside the decorations of Maréchal Foch, the Supreme Allied Commander during World War I: 100 paintings for a centenary; the allied soldiers as seen by Burnand.  The exhibition opens on the 11th November 2017 and will run to the 11th February 2018.
