Roux is the most laid-back pit bull imaginable. While the others in the house can't contain their joy at the mention of the word "play", Roux would prefer to lounge on her bed. So when her human tried to entice her with a squeaky toy, her reply was, "YOU fetch!" That slouchy backward arm and those pinchable cheeks are so "her". But my favorite part is her pink toenails. Roux is the last of my daughter's three pups I've drawn - each in a different medium. The pastel pencils were an obvious choice to represent her gorgeous velvety coat.
