Kate Orr

United States

Kate Orr is a 22yr old figurative artist, primarily working in charcoal and oils.

People have always been Kate's greatest source of inspiration, as each person uniquely reflects the image of God.

Although mostly self-taught, in the past five years Kate has taken workshops with Sherrie McGraw, Tina Garrett, Alicia Ponzio, Daniel Keys, Michelle Dunaway, Robert Liberace and more. She seeks to combine classical and contemporary techniques to portray beauty, meaning, and expression.

Kate is honored to be a member of the Indiana Artists Club, American Artists Professional League, Women Artists of the West, and an ambassador for ArtFrames.com.

Kate's work has been displayed in exhibitions regionally and nationally, including the Indianapolis International Airport, the Indiana State Museum, the Parsons School of Design, and the Salmagundi Club in NYC.
