Parsoua Mahtash was born in 1980. He spent his childhood in different cities and started learning fine arts under the supervision of renowned artists and from the age of 18, he started his professional career in painting and drawing.

After taking part in several group exhibitions as well as publishing some of his works, he decided to withdraw from exhibiting his works and engaged in studying techniques of the masters of art history particularly artists of the nineteenth century.

After 15 years of studying advanced techniques of the 19th century masters plus gaining experience in various fields, he started a new chapter in his career which after three years led to creating his first painting collection titled “Re-Location A trilogy” which was exhibited in Aaran Gallery in July 2021.

Parsoua Mahtash has taught painting and drawing standards based on international academic methods in established institutions in the last 17 years and has taught the principle knowledge of painting and drawing to many young artists.

-Cooperation with FAO (The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) as the selected artist to paint the portraits of hall of famers, FAO conference hall, Rome, 2009 and 2021

-Publishing works in the book of Iranian Contemporary artists, Tehran, 2003

-Publishing works in Companion guide to Last’s Anatomy book, Auckland, New Zealand, 2021
