Tuesday,

My dear Pretet,

I am coming to you this time for another person. Amongst your "A' [artists?] you have the painting from a Mlle. d'Authon showing a lady in dary under the peristyle of a church. This person whose Duez appreciate the talent, would be very happy if she was not placed too high. She just had a deep sorrow since her mother passed away and it would be a small comfort if she could get an average place.

as any other for you and this is the reason why I am going straight to you. And again thank you, my dear Pretet, for what you told me yesterday, I am shaking your hand.

Yours,
P.A. Besnard
