Exalting the human spirit through expressive faces and natural body movement has become the recognized trademark of Angela Mia De la Vega's figurative bronze sculpture. Her work's greatest inspiration is the ever-changing individuality of her children.

Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and completed undergraduate and post-graduate studies at the University of Madrid, Spain. She has recently been elected as a member of the prestigious National Sculpture Society.

Examples of her public and corporate installations include Texas Christian University, Stillwater's Family Crisis Center, Candlelighters Children's Cancer Society, The Lena Pope Home for orphaned and differently-abled children, Mexico's Femap Foundation Hospitals, Providence Memorial Hospital, The Orange County Courthouse, and numerous city plazas, shopping centers, and public parks throughout the country.

Angela's work is represented by Vail Fine Art in Vail, Colorado; Pitzer's Fine Art in Wimberley, TX; Weatherburn Gallery in Naples, FL; and S R Brennen Galleries in Santa Fe, NM, Palm Desert, CA, and Scottsdale, AZ.
