'As the Living Shore was Woven to the Shape of the Sea' is the first of a series of three works titled 'The Living Shore', which explore and replicate the movement of the ocean through human movement. This is the largest and most dramatic of the works, with the figures creating a wave at it's peak.

This series explores the divide we create between ourselves and our environment, which I am aiming to weave back together in these works. Water is our past, present and future - we came from the water, we are made of water, and we are returning to the water - we are already merging.
