In addition to the ARC Scholarship Competition, Studio Incamminati will be hosting their own Scholarship event. Studio Incamminati offers $2,000 to $5,000 annually in individual scholarships to artists enrolled in its Professional Program. Also available are the Maggie Price and Urania Christy Tarbet Scholarships, each worth $5,000, sponsored by Jack Richeson & Co., Inc., and the Dr. Alan Kwon and Mrs. Ruth Miller Scholarship.
Overall criteria for the successful applicant includes: quality of work, artistic potential, commitment to becoming an artist and demonstrated financial need. Scholarship money is applied only to tuition, not for materials, housing or any other expenses. Applications, which must include a separate Financial Aid Information Sheet, are due May 31.
