The more I draw, the less I accept that division. It's according to what one emphasizes. All drawing is conceptual and all concepts, related. Lines suggest the division of one form from another and the interior
from the exterior. Planes reveal the direction of the light source by their angles, one to another, and its intensity and type of the light. Outlines reveal the angles of the planes as well. It's all the
science of drawing. I am bit groggy at the moment. My next post will be clearer.
