Every time I hear "Bauhaus", I just get shivers. It's because of that school, that art students have to go through hell in today's art colleges. Was Bauhaus design good? Well, if it wasn't for industrialization, would we be talking about it today? The program was pretty much dedicated to wiping out classical training, and it almost did as it spread throughout the world. The program was bad when it started but it's gotten even worse and it's produced instructors that don't know what to instruct or how to because they have no classical background.
