Although, I'm not an artist, I have always been instictively repulsed by modern "art". I think this biased me against Art in general and kept me from seeking out and truly understanding the craft and skill required for producing true Art.
Viewing the paintings on your site, I felt like somone had opened a door to the past (and, I hope, the future) that had been right in front of me all along. I felt truly inspired and lifted after seeing them. (I'm only 24, but I've got a lot of catching up to do!)
I am a musician and songwriter, and have always felt that this was the purpose of music (also being spiritual). Thank you for showing me that Art deserves the same recognition.
