Painting from Life Alla Prima in Oils

In this workshop students will paint Head Studies and Figure Studies from a live model.  Student will paint alla prima (direct painting).  Students will paint realistically,

carefully observing the forms that we see.  The instructor will give painting demonstrations and critique every student's work daily.  Students will be concerned with Design, Proportions, the Relationships of Shapes, Values 

and Color as well as the use of, and the care of our materials.
